Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team supporting compensation, benefits, and payroll functions Manage compensation and benefits programs including job evaluations, salary structures, and incentive plans Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analysis to maintain competitive compensation practices Drive annual merit increases, incentive programs, and benefits enrollment cycles Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve employee experience Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) Provide reporting and strategic insights on workforce trends and compensation data to leadership Stay current with HR trends and implement innovative total rewards strategies Support multi-site operations and travel as needed Develop and maintain a positive and professional work environment Other duties as assigned Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of five (5+) years of progressive HR experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll At least two (2+) years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes Experience with compliance regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred Multi-state experience required; Canadian experience a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence leadership and present data-driven insights Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) Professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CCP) preferred Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off 401(K) 401(K) Matching Flexible spending account Health savings account Life insurance Employee assistance program Tuition reimbursement Professional development assistance Referral program Employee discounts Retirement plan Salary: $90K-$110K annually Ask for: Brenna Job Id: 26115 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
