Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and professional development activities
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or other related field is a plus (not required)
