Associate Designer - Kids

Our client, a fast growing apparel company, is looking for an Associate Designer to join their team in NYC! The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. Responsibilities Assist with design and development of seasonal kids’ apparel collections Create sketches, CADs, mood boards, and presentation materials Prepare and update tech packs, line sheets, and BOMs Research trends, fabrics, and prints to support seasonal direction Review samples, trims, and fabrics with cross-functional teams Qualifications 2–4 years of design experience, ideally in children’s apparel Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, xywuqvp Photoshop, and MS Office Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Strong communication and collaboration skills
