Website: Instagram: We're Looking For We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Contemporary Women's Wear Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of experience in contemporary women's wear, has a strong design point of view that aligns with the Generation Love's DNA, and is equally comfortable driving the creative process and owning the technical execution that brings it to life.

Key Responsibilities Conduct seasonal trend, fabric, and trim research across silhouette, color, and print to establish seasonal direction in line with Generation Love's aesthetic. Create hand sketches and concept boards that drive seasonal direction, developing designs from initial concept through final garments ready for the line sheet Own the full tech pack process, creating detailed technical packages with a thorough understanding of garment construction to clearly communicate with sample rooms and overseas production partners Assist in the sourcing, development, and approval of fabrics, trims, and materials; maintain ongoing communication with overseas vendors on development status and sample approvals Attend fittings to review style lines, fit, and construction; make revisions as needed to deliver market-ready samples on time Partner closely with the technical design and production teams to ensure all development details are clearly communicated and resolved, so that styles move through the process without issues Manage multiple projects simultaneously within seasonal calendars in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field 4–6 years of apparel design experience; contemporary women's wear experience strongly preferred Strong sketching ability and a well-developed design point of view Solid knowledge of women's xywuqvp wear construction, fit, and garment technical details Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Microsoft Office required Experience creating and managing tech packs Experience working with overseas factories and vendors Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast-paced seasonal calendar Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) PTO Paid Holidays Salary Range:
