Customer Service Representative

Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers and internal teams. In this role, youll be a key point of contact for order processing, customer inquiries, and service coordination while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

What Youll Do

Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner

Process and track customer orders accurately

Assist with invoicing, billing questions, and order status updates

Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed

Maintain accurate customer records in company systems

Support general administrative tasks as needed

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

Customer service or administrative experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
