Customer Service Rep I- WBL

This role is part of Mohawk Industries Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP) and is only open to qualifying students currently enrolled in a High School WBL program. The WBLP with Mohawk is designed to allow students the ability to learn, develop and build onto their industry related skills within Customer Service, while completing a High School curriculum. Your Role: Enter sales orders and order changes including price quotations, preparation and follow-up on purchase orders, and confirmation of shipment dates Respond to customer needs and demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of goals Manage 40-80 calls from customers/sales a day Qualifications: Rising High School Junior or Senior, at least 17 years old 1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Basic computer skills Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
