Lead global execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and growth initiatives that support strategic objectives and long-term value creation. Oversee key business development projects and foster strong relationships with critical partners. Provide end-to-end support for corporate development and M&A activities across all project phases. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential opportunities worldwide, including sourcing new projects and assessing prospective partners. Direct project execution from early exploratory discussions through negotiation of major terms, finalization of legal agreements, and successful signing and closing. Manage internal workflows and cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with senior leadership, business units, and central corporate functions. Prepare and deliver corporate development materials for executive-level review. Work with business segments and corporate functions to build strategic rationales for transactions, lead deal structuring, assess risks, and address operational or strategic gaps. Oversee external advisors and investment banks involved in transaction processes. Manage selected global corporate business development initiatives, overseeing the pipeline of strategic projects and ensuring progress across activities. 8+ years of experience in M&A or corporate development within the telecom, media, or technology sectors, gained through work in a corporation, investment bank, or private equity firm; knowledge of the satellite industry is beneficial but not required. Proven history of successfully completing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and related strategic transactions. Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to distill complex information and clearly communicate sophisticated concepts to diverse audiences. Strong financial modeling capabilities and the ability to present well-structured, compelling analyses. In-depth understanding of the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, legal and regulatory considerations, and negotiation. Experience drafting, negotiating, and finalizing term sheets and transaction agreements. Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across global, cross-functional, matrixed teams. What's on Offer
