Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements:
Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary.
Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
