Blackmore and Buckner, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for experienced commercial roofers at our Noblesville, IN location We are looking for experienced commercial roofers with 2+ years of experience to work on a variety of different roof systems in many locations across Indiana. This includes re-roofs and new construction projects. Commercial Roofer Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR) Perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation Install flashings, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specifications Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies Read and follow job drawings and work orders Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness Work efficiently while meeting schedule and quality expectations Communicate effectively with foremen and project management Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced crew members We Offer: STARTING PAY RATE between $22 and $35.50 per hour depending on experience. Total union package including Pension, Supplemental pension, and Health and Welfare totaling $47.84/HR for Journeyman.
