The Senior Manager of Corporate Development will play a pivotal role in assisting in Cologix's strategic growth initiatives. This role will help lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investments including acquisitions, partnerships, and organic investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate development, strategic planning, and financial analysis. This role reports directly to the VP of Corporate Development and will work closely with the executive team. Key responsibilities include: Strategic planning and execution Deal management Market and competitive analysis Financial analysis and modeling Cross-functional teamwork Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field Ideally, this individual possesses 3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor / operator company (Data center, real estate, etc.) Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Proven experience in the underwriting and valuation of development opportunities, land acquisitions, and underwriting transactions. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
