Position Title Director of ConnectionsOrganization 4 Church A faith-based nonprofit equipping church leaders to reach their communities while helping fund new church plants.Overview The Director of Connections helps 4 Church build strong relationships with pastors and ministry leaders. This role focuses on connecting with new and existing churches, listening to their needs, and helping them discover tools and partnerships that strengthen their ministry.This position is designed for a vetted church planter who understands the realities of ministry and enjoys building meaningful relationships with pastors. The work is relational, creative, and mission focused. It is a flexible and remote role that works well for pastors who need a schedule that can adapt to ministry and family rhythms.The Director of Connections plays an important role in helping churches stay connected, supported, and equipped to reach people in their communities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with pastors and church leaders. Connect with new and existing churches through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person conversations when possible. Introduce church leaders to the mission and tools provided by 4 Church. Listen carefully to the needs of pastors and help connect them with solutions that support their ministry. Follow up with churches and continue strengthening partnerships over time. Represent the mission, values, and heart of 4 Church in every interaction.RequirementsMust be a vetted and approved church planter. Comfortable talking with pastors and ministry leaders on the phone. Strong relational and communication skills. Reliable and able to follow through on commitments. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Willingness to learn new technology and tools that help churches stay connected.Desired SkillsA relational and encouraging personality. Creative thinking and a willingness to try new ideas. Experience in ministry leadership or church planting. Comfort learning and using new software and communication tools.
