Studio Sales & Operations Manager (Fitness & Wellness)

This is not an administrative manager role. This is a sales-driven leadership position for someone who loves fitness, understands the body, and wants to lead a studio to growth and success. If you come from personal training, massage therapy, fitness coaching, or a wellness background and are ready to step into a full-time leadership role with income growth, this could be the right fit. What This Role Really Is You are the leader of the studio. You drive: sales performance, team accountability, client experience, studio energy, and culture. You are not sitting behind a desk. You are in itleading, selling, coaching, and building. Compensation Base Salary: $40,000. Performance bonuses + commission. Target earnings: $55,000$70,000+. The more you grow the studio, the more you earn. Who This Is Perfect For Someone who: Has a background in fitness, personal training, massage therapy, or anatomy Is comfortable with sales and hitting goals Is energized by people, performance, and growth Wants to move beyond session-to-session work into leadership and income stability Can lead a team of part-time college students with clarity and accountability Brings both structure and positive energy into a team environment Who This Is Not For This is not a fit if you are: Looking for a behind-the-scenes administrative role Avoiding sales or uncomfortable with performance metrics Wanting a predictable 95 schedule Not comfortable leading a team and being accountable for results What You'll Do Drive memberships and revenue growth Generate leads through local marketing and partnerships Lead and manage a team of stretch practitioners Set expectations, coach performance, and hold accountability Create a fun, high-energy studio culture Ensure an excellent client experience every day Manage daily operations and scheduling Schedule Expectations This is a full-time leadership role with flexibility required: Some early mornings and evenings Rotating shifts based on business needs Approximately 2 Saturdays per month This role requires presence when the business is active.
