Sales Manager Chevrolet / Hyundai Dealership
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on Sales Manager to help lead our Chevrolet and Hyundai sales operations. This role is responsible for driving new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance, managing the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maximizing profitability across both brands. The ideal candidate is a leader who can coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable while maintaining a strong presence on the showroom floor and in the deal process. Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals Oversee daily sales operations for both Chevrolet and Hyundai new and used vehicle sales Monitor lead management, follow-up processes, and CRM activity to ensure strong conversion rates Develop sales consultants to build a high-performing team Maintain manufacturer standards for both Chevrolet and Hyundai programs and processes Ensure excellent customer experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up Manage inventory recommendations based on market demand and turn rates Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement Work collaboratively with upper management on forecasting and planning Qualifications
Proven track record of sales leadership and hitting performance targets Experience with CRM and lead management systems (VinSolutions or similar preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment What We Offer
