The Marketing Consultant supports brand growth by executing strategic marketing initiatives across print and digital channels for healthcare professionals and caregivers. This role partners with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop compliant, high-impact promotional materials, manage key brand activities, and drive demand in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with brand team members to develop and launch promotional materials (e.g., print assets, digital campaigns, rep-triggered emails) for branded and unbranded initiatives. Provide operational support for brand activities, including speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and sales meetings. Manage agency and vendor relationships; guide development and delivery of marketing assets. Contribute to demand-generation strategies and campaign optimization. Oversee budget management, including forecasting, contracting, accruals, and reconciliation. Ensure marketing materials comply with medical, legal, and regulatory standards through promotional review processes. Support execution of events and initiatives, including travel to conferences and training sessions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred and 4+ years of U.S. pharma/biotech marketing experience. Strong understanding of the U.S. regulatory environment and promotional review processes. Ability to develop and refine messaging and claims in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with tools such as Veeva PromoMats, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams). Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and/or rare diseases preferred; prior pharma sales experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
