Financial Content Writer

Revise Wealth | Chicago, IL (In-Person) | Contract-to-Full-Time We're hiring a Financial Content Writer to join a fast-growing financial media and advisory brand with over 3 million followers across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The research, themes, and market views come from us. Your job is to turn those into polished content at speed, all within a disciplined creative system. Our content covers macro themes: rates, inflation, commodities, geopolitics, regime shifts in equity and credit markets. Not personal finance tips. The founder is a former fixed‑income trader who now runs a registered investment advisory and publishes the Crown Macro Letter, a paid macro research product that reaches over 30,000 people a week. What you'll do: Write short‑form video scripts (30‑45 seconds) from research and themes we provide Draft titles, hooks, and on‑screen text for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Write captions that drive engagement and conversion Write Instagram story copy within a structured formula Execute within documented content frameworks with specific models for hooks, body architecture, and quality gates Produce high volume without sacrificing precision Collaborate with video producer/editor Coordinate content publication across all channels What we're looking for: Strong short‑form copywriting ability. You think in tight, declarative sentences, not paragraphs. Comfortable with financial and macro themes. You should know the difference between a rate cut and a rate hold, understand why a supply shock matters, and not confuse a treasury auction with a savings account. This is markets content, not budgeting advice. Ability to follow creative systems precisely. This role is about executing within frameworks at speed, not freelancing. Speed and consistency. The goal is drafts that need 20% editing, not 80% rewrites. Based in Chicago and able to work in person.
