We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to manage the top of the funnel for our business development pipeline and support growth within the Commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification : Assess inbound leads from marketing campaigns to determine potential fit.
Prospecting : Identify and reach out to new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social platforms.
Client Engagement : Present company products/services to potential clients and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
Pipeline Support : Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to account executives.
Market Research : Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication for client outreach.
Resilience & Persistence : Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in high-volume prospecting.
Analytical Thinking : Evaluate lead quality and market opportunities.
