Marketing Representative (Title Company) Mid-Atlantic Title Company We are seeking an experienced Marketing Representative (Title Company) with an active Title Insurance Producer License to grow our title and settlement business in the Baltimore market. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with an established book of business and referral network among real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and investors. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, builders, and investors Generate new title orders and closings through referral partnerships Manage and grow an existing book of business measured by monthly closed files Promote title, escrow, and settlement services within the local real estate community Attend networking events, real estate meetings, and industry functions Work closely with internal title, escrow, and closing teams to ensure excellent service Track pipeline activity and referral partner relationships What We’re Looking For Active Maryland Title Insurance Producer License 5+ years of experience in title sales, title marketing, or settlement services Existing book of business with consistent monthly closings Strong relationships with local realtors, lenders, attorneys, or investors Proven ability to develop referral partners and grow revenue Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and highly professional Compensation Competitive base salary of $100K – $150K plus commission depending on book of business and closing volume #J-18808-Ljbffr
