Or already in a medical sales role and want something more meaningful? I’m partnering with a global, mission-driven organisation in the pre-hospital space that is genuinely focused on improving patient outcomes and saving lives. This is not a transactional sales role - it’s a consultative, relationship-led position working directly with EMS, fire, and law enforcement agencies to enhance training and clinical outcomes. The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in re‑engaging and strengthening relationships across the EMS market, helping customers adopt digital resuscitation and simulation‑based training solutions. This is a high‑autonomy territory role where you’ll: Build long‑term partnerships with EMS agencies and key stakeholders Lead consultative sales conversations focused on real‑world challenges Drive adoption of innovative training and resuscitation programs Manage a large, multi-state territory with full ownership What Makes This Different Mission‑led: The products and solutions you represent directly contribute to saving lives Consultative selling: Focus on understanding needs, not pushing products Strong culture: Collaborative, low‑ego environment with high tenure What They’re Looking For Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or similar Strong preference for EMS / paramedic / clinical background Proven ability to manage a territory and work autonomously Structured, self‑motivated, and relationship‑driven Comfortable with travel across a large geographic region Package Base: $60,000 – $65,000 OTE: +$65,000 (uncapped, paid monthly) Additional benefits including car allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr
