Talent Brand and Marketing Specialist

Job Profile Summary The Talent Brand and Marketing Specialist supports the Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) mission, vision and values by championing the brand identity in content creation and distribution through careers website, company social media platforms, candidate relationship management platforms, community and student communications, recruitment marketing campaigns and communications, trade show and hiring event communications. Performs other projects as assigned. Job Description Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design software/tools. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices. Required Work Experience Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design or brand management, preferably with a focus on recruitment advertising or corporate branding. Additional Education Information Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
