Babcox Media is seeking a Client Growth Manager to drive revenue across our portfolio of industry leading brands. This is a high impact, revenue generating role for a consultive seller who knows how to connect content, audience, and media into integrated programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is expected to build meaningful client partnerships, uncover growth opportunities, and close business that drives real results – while leveraging modern tools, data, and AI to operate at a higher level. What You’ll Own Prospect, develop, and close new business within the automotive aftermarket and adjacent markets. Build and sell integrated marketing programs (sponsored content, digital advertising, video, social media, and custom solutions). Lead consultative client conversations that align Babcox’s capabilities with client marketing and business objectives. Develop strategic proposals that translate ideas into clear, compelling, and sellable programs. Leverage CRM, audience insights, and AI tools to identify opportunities, personalize outreach, and accelerate the sales cycle. Partner cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality campaign execution. Bring market intelligence and client feedback into internal strategy discussions to help shape future offerings. What Success Looks Like (Year One) Achieves and builds toward a defined annual revenue target with a strong focus on new business development. Builds and maintains a healthy pipeline through consistent, proactive prospecting. Demonstrates strong close rates and momentum across both new and existing accounts. Develops deep knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and Babcox’s audience and solutions. Becomes fluent in Babcox’s go-to-market strategy and integrated product offerings. Effectively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others) to enhance prospecting, insights, proposal development, and communication. Establishes credibility with clients as a strategic partner, not just a vendor. Generates early wins and expands key accounts through thoughtful, value-driven engagement. What You Bring 3 + years of experience in media sales, marketing, or automotive aftermarket-related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment. Experience selling integrated, multi-channel marketing solutions (content, digital, social, video, etc.). Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable outcomes. Digitally fluent and AI-capable, with a demonstrated ability to leverage tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Proactive, self-directed approach to prospecting and pipeline development. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms. Willingness to travel as needed.
