The Marketing Specialist is an execution-focused role responsible for building and delivering marketing campaigns through email, social media, direct mail, and other channels. This role executes marketing campaigns that support lead generation, revenue growth, and sales pipeline objectives.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Execute approved marketing campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and newsletter sponsorships.
Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in marketing automation platform in accordance with approved briefs and cadence guardrails.
Execute approved social media campaigns, including scheduling, publishing, and coordination of assets in alignment with defined messaging, standards, and campaign briefs.
Coordinate and execute direct mail campaigns, including timelines, audience lists, vendor coordination, and quality control.
Manage execution of newsletter and event sponsorships, including asset delivery, deadlines, placements, and performance tracking.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and execution-level insights.
Coordinate and execute events (virtual or in-person) as assigned.
Flag deliverability, data quality, or execution risks to marketing leadership.
Maintain campaign calendars and execution documentation.
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Additional Responsibilities: Provide coverage and support as needed during planned team absences and perform other duties as assigned.
Required: 2–4 years of marketing experience with hands‑on campaign execution
Experience executing email marketing campaigns
Strong attention to detail and execution quality
Comfort working from defined briefs and priorities
Preferred: Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
