The role requires strong multitasking, computer, and customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, follow-through, and teamwork. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include but are not limited to. In-bound Sales calls Scheduling Appointments Out bound Follow up calls Customer Service Tracking Calls Following Word Scripts – phone up scripts Excellent customer service using the skills of MAGIC Manufacturer product knowledge Qualifications Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Multi line phone skills Previous customer service experience Strong Multi-tasking Preferably Bi-Lingual Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
