Our Customer is the European R&D center for the biggest world leading brands. Together, we will work on a new electric mobility technology and solutions that aim to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles.
In this role, you will craft clear, user-centered content for our apps and support the localization of UX content, ensuring a consistent user experience across multiple international markets.
Responsibilities Develop and refine user interface text, microcopy, and in-app messaging that guides users and enhances their experience
Ensure all UI text is designed with localization in mind, anticipating language expansions and cultural nuances
Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and researchers to create user-centered content that aligns with product goals and user needs
Establish and uphold voice and tone guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Participate in or lead user research sessions to understand user behavior, pain points, and preferences, and translate these insights into effective content strategies
Develop and maintain content documentation, such as style guides and content templates, ensuring that all team members have access to up-to-date resources
Regularly review and update content based on user feedback, testing results, and performance analytics
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX writers and content strategists, fostering their growth and development
Coordinate localization of product content across multiple languages to support global markets
Maintain and update translation system assets (glossaries, style guides, translation memories) to ensure accurate and efficient localization
Collaborate with localization teams, translators, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent translations
Ensure localized content maintains the intended UX, tone of voice, and product terminology
Manage localization workflows and assets (glossaries, style guides, etc.)
Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX writing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex digital products
Ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with brand voice and user needs
Experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
Deep understanding of user experience principles and how content can enhance usability
Ability to analyze user research, testing data, and other metrics to inform content decisions
Attentive to grammar, punctuation, and style consistency across all content
Project duration: 6 months, with a possible extension depending on business needs
Will be a plus Hold a valid driver's license with a few years of driving experience
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, and the ability to work closely with designers on UI text placement and flow
Understanding of accessibility principles and how to apply them in UX writing to create inclusive experiences for all users
Proficiency in multiple languages and experience in writing for a global audience
Understanding of localization processes, including translation workflows, style guides, and glossaries
Experience liaising with translators, PMs, or localization teams to ensure high-quality multilingual content
