Base salary range: $58,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and level of independence

Position Overview
We are seeking an Event & Marketing Coordinator (preferably with B2B marketing experience) to join our growing marketing team, and support how our brand communicates across digital and traditional channels. This role works closely with the Marketing Team and Sales Team to combine creative design and content development to support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives by ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate brings organization, event planning, creative design, and marketing copy skills to a growing, fast‑paced environment. This person will play a key role in coordinating a wide range of marketing activities including tradeshows, product literature, marketing vendor relationships, and ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands‑on role that works closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution (~40%)
Coordinate and execute trade shows, demo days, webinars, and internal company events
Manage event logistics including venue research and booking, transportation, and booth setup
Coordinate marketing vendor relationships and assist with contract and agreement processes
Identify and manage industry relationships for memberships and sponsorships
Represent the company publicly at events or webinars alongside internal teams
Design & Content Creation (~40%)
Work in tandem with the creative team to create and edit marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, spec sheets, digital ads, signage, and booth displays
Marketing Support (~20%)
Provide support to the marketing team across a wide variety of deliverables
Jump into ongoing projects to assist with social media, email marketing, and other initiatives as needed
Act as a central point of execution for incoming requests from marketing and sales, managing and completing high‑priority and time‑sensitive tasks with urgency and accuracy to ensure teams are fully prepared for client interactions and events
Qualifications
Approximately 1+ year of experience in marketing, design, events, or related areas, with a strong ability to learn quickly
Experience planning and supporting tradeshows or events
Experience producing multi-channel marketing content
Exposure to B2B environments, ideally within industrial or technical industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Required Technical Skills
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Bonus: familiarity with marketing automation or email marketing platforms
Bonus: familiarity with web design platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
