Community Marketing Manager, Promotions and Incentives

**This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Santa Monica offices.** Overview We are seeking a creative and data-driven Community Marketing Manager, Promotions and Incentives to help grow and optimize our affiliate program through strategic incentives and promotional campaigns. This role will focus on designing rewards, contests, and promotional mechanics that drive affiliate engagement, partner performance, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative marketing instincts and enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to launch and optimize performance-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Incentives & Promotions Manage incentives and promotional campaigns that drive affiliate engagement and program growth Design reward mechanics, bonuses, contests, and recognition programs that encourage desired affiliate behaviors Develop promotional campaigns aligned with growth and revenue goals Data Analysis & Performance Optimization Analyze affiliate performance data and loyalty program metrics to identify trends and opportunities Track and evaluate the performance of incentives and promotions, measuring campaign ROI Build reporting and summaries on campaign outcomes, performance trends, and recommendations for improvement Campaign Execution Partner with product and technology teams to implement incentive structures and promotional mechanics within the platform Create and manage promotional codes and campaigns within Shopify Pull and interpret Shopify data to support affiliate program analysis and reporting Communications & Collaboration Draft partner communications, promotional messaging, and affiliate program updates Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams on campaign launches and messaging Assist with lifecycle or email campaign setup and analysis in Klaviyo (or similar platforms) Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, growth marketing, or loyalty programs Experience designing incentives, rewards, and promotional strategies that influence partner or customer behavior Experience working with Shopify, including promotional code setup, campaign management, and data analysis Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle/email marketing platforms Familiarity with customer loyalty platforms such as Lanter is a plus Skills Required Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into effective campaigns Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools such as Shopify and Sigma Understanding of customer behavior, loyalty programs, and incentive structures Strong written communication skills for partner-facing messaging and campaign communications Highly organized with strong coordination and project management skills across multiple campaigns and stakeholders Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, product, and technical teams High emotional intelligence with the ability to build effective working relationships G2G Ventures offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Open PTO policy, encouraging employees to take the time they need to rest and recharge Paid company holidays Hybrid work environment Opportunities to grow within a fast-moving, mission-driven startup This position is also eligible for participation in the company’s annual bonus program, based on individual and company performance.
