Job Details
High‑growth healthcare SaaS company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline generation and support revenue growth. This individual will serve as the first point of contact with prospective clients—responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings for the sales team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment and wants to grow into a closing role. Base plus commissions up to $80k first year!
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, and multi‑touch sequences
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Build and manage pipeline activity within CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Clearly articulate value proposition to prospective customers
Maintain accurate records of outreach, accounts, and interactions
Meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation quotas
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
Qualifications:
0–3+ years of B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or customer‑facing experience
Strong communication skills (phone + email)
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high activity levels
Highly organized with strong follow‑up discipline
Coachable, competitive, and motivated to build a career in sales
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) is a plus
Interest in consultative selling methodologies
