Brand Manager, Temptations

This Brand Manager role is responsible for driving brand innovation strategy, marketing activation plans and quality growth within the US PN business for Temptations. This associate will be expected to develop and deliver the innovation pipeline for the brand in collaboration with global stakeholders. This Brand Manager role will also punctually support the core pillar of the business. This role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler—empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work. What will be your key responsibilities? Lead innovation and renovation work for the brand, leveraging strong cross-functional leadership Drive the brand’s growth strategy and IVCP plans Build robust marketing plans, inclusive of compelling and effective campaigns/activations Partner with the COE and agency partners to develop effective plans across creative, media, PR / advocacy, National Recruitment, and owned ecosystem Partner with CMI to leverage analytics, Flywheel assessments, and primary research to identify growth opportunities -- build plans to translates these insights into tangible projects Collaborate with Customer Marketing to build One Demand plans aligned through the Sales function to win at our partner customers Partner with the Global marketing organization to drive the Brand's growth agenda and participate in virtual brand boards and periodic calls Serve as a leader across the broader Marketing organization, and the BMT What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred 5+ years experience in brand marketing or other relevant business field Experience developing marketing plans and leading activation within one demand environment Excellent communication and networking skills Demonstrated success in leading within a cross-functional team, ideally with direct reports Knowledge of pet category in the US market What to Expect from Mars Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
