Your Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing integrated local marketing and communication strategy based on regional Vehicle Lifetime Solution strategy Planning and execution of marketing activities within the area of responsibility and dedicated markets and customers including campaigns, events, digital marketing ad PR in cooperation with the regional teams Implementation of operational marketing and communication measures, KPIs and reporting Working closely with Sales, Technical Services and Product management teams enabling them to meet their commercial objectives and to ensure that marketing and sales activities are coordinated Initiate and implement marketing projects that offer the highest cost-benefit ratio as part of the company goals, participate in regional and global projects and initiatives Cooperate with customers in dedicated market, plan and execute marketing projects in cooperation Planning, steering and management of the dedicated budgets Cooperation with various external service providers (e.g. marketing agencies) and steering of the services Ensuring compliance and corporate governance with regard to laws, guidelines and standards within the area of responsibility Your Qualifications Several years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in industrial B2B companies or automotive aftermarket Experience with work in international environment and virtual teams Organizational skills with a high target orientation Experienced in project and event management High level of communication/presentation skillsHigh social competence in an international context Willingness to travel Valid work permit in Czech Republic at the moment of application We Offer 30 vacation days per year MultiSport card including employer's contribution Cafeteria System (edenred) Daily meal allowance Employer contribution to the employee's pension scheme Salary compensation during illness, according to company policy Company laptop and phone Hybrid Working As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
