About the Role We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help drive new business opportunities for our North American business. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong work ethic, curiosity about business, and an appetite for sales. You will work closely with the Regional Managing Director and our sales team to identify potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, and help open doors to new relationships. Your work will directly support the growth of the business by generating qualified meetings with prospective clients. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business development, sales strategy, and relationship building in a fast-growing creative and technology business. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Research Identify potential clients across real estate developers, architects, agencies, and related industries. Research companies, projects, and decision-makers to uncover relevant opportunities. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research. Outreach & Relationship Building Identify and source key contacts including marketing directors, development leads, and senior executives. Support targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Help initiate conversations with prospective clients and introduce them to the sales team. Meeting Coordination Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospective clients and our sales team. Prepare briefing notes on prospective clients ahead of meetings. Maintain records of outreach and conversations within CRM tools. Sales Support Work closely with the Regional Managing Director and business development team to prioritize prospects and outreach strategies. Track outreach progress and help monitor the pipeline of potential opportunities. Support marketing initiatives such as events, industry outreach, and targeted campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (recent or early-career graduate). Strong research and organizational skills. Clear and professional written communication. Comfort speaking with new people and building relationships. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Interest in sales, business development, and commercial strategy. Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales platforms is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (Range $45,000- $55,000 depending on experience).
