PART TIME OR FULL TIME (Remote or In-Person) We are seeking a talented AutoCAD professional who is passionate about using Artificial Intelligence as a core design tool to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency in early-stage real estate development. We are building an AI-first internal design workflow to accelerate concept development and improve strategic decision‑making. What You’ll Do: Create tenant test fits Develop preliminary architectural concepts Produce conceptual site plans Optimize space layouts Support internal feasibility studies Generate AI-assisted marketing visuals Rapidly produce multiple design scenarios This role combines strong AutoCAD expertise with daily AI integration to enhance productivity, iteration speed, and visual communication.
