The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key individual contributor on the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will own and execute our digital acquisition strategy across SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and our web presence. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on data‑driven decision‑making and loves translating performance metrics into actionable strategy.
Key Responsibilities
SEO / SEM
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and on‑page/off‑page optimization
Manage and optimize Google Search and Display campaigns to maximize ROI
Monitor and report on search performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and SEMrush/Ahrefs
Paid Advertising (PPC / Display)
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms
Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates
Manage paid media budgets, track spend efficiency, and report on ROAS and CAC
Own the website strategy with a focus on lead conversion optimization and search performance — partnering closely with the dev team to prioritize and execute improvements
Define and drive CRO initiatives including landing page strategy, UX improvements, and A/B testing to increase qualified lead volume
Ensure proper tracking implementation via GA4 and other analytics tools, working with dev to maintain data integrity
Monitor site health, page speed, and UX metrics; translate findings into actionable briefs for the dev team
Develop and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure EOX Vantage content is surfaced in AI‑generated responses and featured snippets across search platforms
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across all digital channels
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights at stake‑holder levels
Leverage HubSpot to manage lead tracking and attribution
Qualifications
Required
3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record managing SEO/SEM programs and paid media campaigns with measurable results
Proficiency with Google Ads, Databox, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush or Ahrefs, HubSpot, among other MarTech platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience marketing a SaaS or tech platform to enterprise or mid‑market clients
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications
