Overview Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is an AI-powered Personalization Anywhere solution that delivers individualized experiences at every customer touchpoint: web, apps, email, kiosks, IoT, and call centers. Role Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is seeking a Market Development Manager. In this position, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to drive new business for the organization. The Market Development Managers core responsibilities will be to reach out to external decision-makers by email, phone, social, direct mail, and numerous other channels to secure meetings between those executive stakeholders and the Dynamic Yield Sales team. Other aspects of the position include: Collaborative strategy planning with Marketing/Sales. Event and conference coordination/attendance. Data entry and reporting. Content and copy creation. Hosting initial meetings with external stakeholders. All About You Highly motivated self-starter interested in launching a career in B2B tech sales Analytical with a willingness to take on new projects. Coachable Task-oriented Willingness to work autonomously but also collaborate with colleagues. Aptitude and ability to master computer programs and applications (Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Suite, G-Suite). Well written with strong communication skills.
