A steady cadence of high-performing vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with weekly experimentation. Trust-building content that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and privacy-aware for a health-adjacent product. Community and partner distribution loops: parent groups, local communities, autism organizations, and clinician networks. Who You Are Short-form video expert: You can concept, script, shoot, and edit mobile-first vertical video quickly. You understand hooks, pacing, captions, and iteration. A TikTok-first mindset is a plus. Proven growth craft: 2+ years of experience driving growth through content, social, or community work. You can point to outcomes such as reach, engagement, signups, retention, or partnerships. Community builder: You know how to earn trust, start conversations, and keep communities healthy, especially in sensitive spaces such as parenting or care. Early-stage fit: You move fast, work directly with founders, and thrive with high ownership and low process. Local: based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for in-person collaboration with the founding team. Sponsorship: We welcome candidates on CPT, OPT, and STEM OPT.
