JOB TITLE: Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator plays a critical role in expanding community awareness, strengthening referral relationships, and supporting SeattleNTC’s growth. This position blends a strategic approach to marketing with relationship-driven outreach, focusing on educating and connecting individuals, providers, and healthcare organizations with SeattleNTC’s specialized lines of service.
The ideal candidate is both data-driven and people-oriented—comfortable analyzing data surrounding campaign performances, while also building meaningful partnerships with providers and community organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Relationship Development
Help build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, therapists, large healthcare entities, and community organizations.
Coordinate and attend outreach meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Serve as a liaison between SeattleNTC and external partners to increase awareness of services.
Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with clinical goals and patient populations.
Work in tandem with the clinical intake team to track and manage referral sources through marketing and outreach efforts.
Monitor patient acquisition trends and support initiatives to improve conversion rates.
Partner with intake and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact to admission.
Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, print, etc.).
Collaborate on content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, patient education materials, and social media content.
Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice, clinical integrity, and compliance standards.
Assist in campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Events & Community Engagement
Assist in planning, hosting, and attending community events (e.g., educational workshops, provider-facing presentations, open houses, etc.).
Represent the clinic at local events, conferences, and tabling opportunities.
Assist in coordinating logistics, materials, and follow-up for outreach events.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field OR 3+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, business development, or healthcare engagement.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
Ability to balance independent work style with effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications: (Nice to Have)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Rush, Premiere, etc.).
Experience in mental health, healthcare, or behavioral health settings.
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing regulations.
Previous event planning experience.
Working Conditions
This role follows a hybrid schedule, including time in the clinics, days in the field for outreach, and one or two administrative work-from-home days each week. Attendance at some after-hours or weekend events will be required; these will be factored in accordingly to maintain a balanced weekly workload.
