What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key supporting role across sales, marketing, and office operations. You’ll work closely with the commercial team to help identify and develop new business opportunities, prepare sales and marketing materials, and support ongoing customer and partner relationships. In addition, you’ll contribute to smooth office administration and help organize internal initiatives and team-building activities that strengthen collaboration and company culture. Through your coordination, communication, and organizational skills, you’ll help ensure both our commercial efforts and internal operations run efficiently and effectively.
Your Responsibilities
Support Sales and Marketing in all operational and organizational activities
External, market-oriented communication with service providers and network operators
Support in the planning, management, and documentation of ongoing sales, marketing and cooperation projects
Proposal management, including pre-sales support, administration, and deadline tracking
Support of marketing and corporate communications (e.g. LinkedIn, press releases, industry associations, trade fair organization)
Assistance to the Management and the Head of Sales & Marketing
Maintenance and updating of customer data in our CRM system
Office management and organization of team-building activities
Your Profile
Successfully completed commercial or technical training, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in sales and marketing within a technical services company
Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and confident time management
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with international colleagues and external partners in Germany
Proactive, service-oriented mindset and a high ability to work in a team
Confident user of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
