Minimum Qualifications:
2 years demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), including:
Conducting profile management Monitoring message traffic for anomalies
Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activities Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts Education:
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university OR
Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR
High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline Certifications / Clearance:
Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance Ability to obtain CI polygraph Additional Requirement:
Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM Special Qualifications / Duties:
Supports messaging operations and communication processes across intelligence systems Assists with profile management and monitoring of message traffic Supports intelligence dissemination and foreign disclosure activities Develops and maintains SOPs and messaging documentation Produces reports and briefings related to messaging activities Coordinates with stakeholders to support effective communication workflows
