THE POSITION
Are you ready to launch a new career? The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst Trainee with a strong interest in advertising, retail merchandising, content creation, and branding to participate in its Management Trainee Program.
As a participant in the Management Trainee Program, you will be joined by other trainees in a year-long program which includes group and on-the-job training, workshops, and project teams that will provide insight into the different business areas within the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
You will receive individualized training and practical work assignments from different rotational supervisors during the program year. These rotations will occur in multiple work settings and give you exposure to a broad variety of issues and activities.
During these rotations, you will collaborate with experienced professionals while developing practical skills in creating and evaluating marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will learn and assist with evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns, supporting the development of point-of-sale signage and other promotional and educational materials, creating website content, supporting digital marketing efforts, applying brand standards to store layouts, reviewing planograms and supporting merchandising initiatives, and more. Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Marketing Analyst.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview. Salary:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree;
or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within three months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
