
Salesforce Programmer

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Programmer to support a major Salesforce migration for a leading organization in the education space. This individual will handle a blend of Salesforce administration and programming responsibilities including permission sets, object configuration, flow development, and detailed report building. They will play a pivotal role in supporting the migration while enabling the lead Salesforce Developer to focus on advanced features and complex system design. This role is hybrid, contract-to-hire, and ideal for someone who wants to contribute to impactful CRM transformation work with significant opportunity for growth. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire and pays $55-60/hr.

Required Skills & Experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation • Exposure to OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors) • Strong Salesforce reporting experience • Ability to perform Salesforce admin & programming tasks: • Permission sets • Object building • Report building • Supporting ongoing migration tasks • Ability to assist lead Salesforce Developer by taking on midlevel admin/program tasks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Documentation experience • Familiarity with Apsona • Familiarity/experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or highered environments • Experience with CRMA (Salesforce Analytics) • Marketing Cloud Experience • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot)
