Tax season is here, and Guardian Tax is looking for an experienced Tax Preparer who knows their way around business returns and can step in with confidence. If you've handled corporate, partnership, or Schedule C returns and enjoy working through more complex tax situations, this is a great place to put those skills to work. Our Irvine office supports a steady flow of clients who need experienced preparers who can move efficiently, ask the right questions, and prepare accurate returns. You'll be working alongside a knowledgeable team in a professional environment where your experience is respected and your work matters. Prepare accurate individual and business tax returns Work through Schedule A, B, C, and D filings Handle corporate and small business returns Review client documentation and gather the right information Prepare amended returns when needed Ensure all filings meet current tax regulations and compliance standards What We're Looking For
Active CTEC and PTIN (required) 2+ years of tax preparation experience Experience with business returns and corporate filings Familiarity with PRO-Series tax software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear communication with clients and team members Comfortable working with tax software and computers Why Guardian Tax
