You will work directly with an experienced agency owner to learn insurance sales, agency operations, and leadership. The intent of this role is to prepare high performers to pursue agency ownership opportunities after one year. What You Will Do
Sell and bind personal lines insurance Work warm inbound leads Conduct needs-based conversations and close policies Cross-sell and build multi-line households Maintain an organized CRM pipeline Learn how an insurance agency operates day to day What We Are Looking For
Willing to obtain required insurance licenses Sales experience preferred Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive Strong communication and follow-up skills Long-term interest in growth and leadership What We Offer
