Ducera advises clients in a variety of complex and transformative transactions. Our professionals, with roots in complex corporate finance, offer independent advice to stakeholders in a broad range of situations. Our services include advice related to buy- and sell-side advisory; fairness opinions and special committee representation; merger advisory; cross-border advisory; takeover defense and shareholder advisory; and divestitures, asset sales, and spin-offs. As an Associate, you will be involved in the development, structuring and financing of a wide range of transactions, and will regularly attend internal and client meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions. Associate work will include, but is not limited to: Producing analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, mergers and acquisitions accretion and dilution, and multiple valuation. Preparing memoranda for internal and external use. Analyzing financial data, and conducting research of targeted industries. Assisting in the execution and coordination of complex transactions and time-sensitive processes, including due diligence and valuation analysis. Drafting client marketing and pitch materials. Maintaining active involvement and participation in client facing situations and negotiations. Providing mentorship and development to junior staff. Qualifications

Qualified applicants will prove to be highly motivated and team-oriented with excellent leadership records. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) Knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions Creating a Suited Profile Additional Information

Expected annualized base salary range: $200,000 $250,000 The annual base salary range reflects the low and high targets of the estimated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary an employee in this role receives may vary depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: work location, job-related knowledge, and prior experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components.
