Grill Cook - Golf Course Snack Bar

Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for a part-time grill cook for our snack bar. We offer a fun work environment, flexible schedules, and competitive pay. Pay: $16 per hour

Key responsibilities:

• Prepares and serves food and beverage items.
• Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product.
• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned daily.
• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Maintains organized and clean work area.
• Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products.
• Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
• Stocks and inventories products.
• Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.
• Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Processes snack bar purchases with point of sales (POS) system when no attendant available.
• Performs other duties as required.

Other qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance. Experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems helpful. Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and get Alcohol Awareness card if hired.
