Proudly one of the best localizer of K-food content in the United States - successfully opening Korea's most loved street food franchise 'Yup Dduk' in multiple locations in SoCal since 2015, and our own Korean breakfast sando 'Egg Tuck', and Korea's favorite dessert bread concept 'Calic Bread' spreading nationwide. [Responsibilities]
Creating and producing creative digital (photo and video) content suitable for our brands Manage production and editorial calendar of multiple brand social media accounts Monitor daily user generated content for reactive opportunities Manage strategic collaboration and influencer campaigns to engage and amplify content Optimize channel profiles and all online presence of our brands Monitor engagement on our content to build insights and report on performance Submit communication to share owned social media content and news internally Engage with all ALMG restaurant operation team members to promote our culture Be the internal and external voice for all social marketing and building brand ambassadors through engagement and campaign interaction that drives brand fans Develop marketing calendar to deliver brand vision via insight-driven marketing contents [Qualifications]
2-5 years experience in social media marketing for a brand or agency Knowledge in social media - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok Student of culture, willing to carefully identify and promote our mission and vision Demonstrates a passion for developing innovative social media content Ability to multitask and juggle multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment Passion for restaurant industry with a track record of social media and/or digital marketing Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Experience filming and editing for Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or advanced editing apps Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Task management software, Social Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube), Video Editing Software, Content Calendar Fluent in English- verbal and writing, fluent in Korean preferred Embody our core qualities of friendliness, delight and promptness Strong relationship building communication skills Comfortable providing and receiving feedback to achieve goals Genuine, warm, honest friend who values teamwork [Benefits]
