Korn Ferry is working with a global software provider to support the buildout of a high-growth sales organization, focused on top-performing talent.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth to SMB & Mid-Market customers
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs
  • Position cloud-based software solutions using a consultative sales approach
  • Deliver virtual product presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations
  • Maintain pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and CRM documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a strong customer experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals


Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B inside sales, software/SaaS sales, or solution sales
  • Demonstrated success carrying quota and closing new business
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to balance high activity levels with thoughtful opportunity management
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing forecast accuracy
  • Background in tax, accounting, financial software, or workflow-driven solutions is a plus
