Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth to SMB & Mid-Market customers
- Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs
- Position cloud-based software solutions using a consultative sales approach
- Deliver virtual product presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations
- Maintain pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and CRM documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a strong customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B inside sales, software/SaaS sales, or solution sales
- Demonstrated success carrying quota and closing new business
- Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to balance high activity levels with thoughtful opportunity management
- Experience using CRM tools and managing forecast accuracy
- Background in tax, accounting, financial software, or workflow-driven solutions is a plus
