Public Relations and Social Media Internship Company Overview 3i Advertising is a boutique full-service agency representing clients in the attraction, theme park & water park, entertainment, hospitality, and tourism industry throughout the U.S. Key Responsibilities Assist with writing & distributing Press Releases, Media Alerts & Calendar Event Listings Work with Social Media, Marketing & Public Relations teams. Help support the development, implementation and monitoring of social media campaigns Write and gather content for social media and websites Develop content calendar for client sites Respond to stakeholder inquiries and comments on established channels in real time as necessary Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of marketing programs Website maintenance (WordPress). Assist with CRM (Constant Contact & MailChimp). Design graphics in Adobe Photoshop. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Work with Social Media, Marketing & Public Relations teams. Help support the development, implementation and monitoring of social media campaigns across a number of platforms and will write and gather content for social media and blogs. Draft content for external communications, blogs and social networking platforms. Use creative means to plan, organize, and implement a range of social media programs and/or events. Contribute to and regularly update external social sites: such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and other community sites. Develop content calendar for these sites. Respond to stakeholder inquiries and comments on established channels in real time as necessary. Listen to and monitor all social media outlets: pages, sites, blogs on a daily basis and post/respond on particular topics or in response to other post/comments. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Use alerts, search and other tools to monitor for mentions. Website maintenance (WordPress). Assist with CRM (Constant Contact & MailChimp). Design graphics in Adobe Photoshop.
