beem® Light Sauna is a modern wellness studio offering infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy in a clean, premium environment designed to help people feel better, recover faster, and build healthier routines.
Our West Bloomfield studio is now open and growing, and we’re looking for a Studio Sales Manager to take ownership of membership growth, team performance, and day-to-day operations.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving studio performance.
The Studio Sales Manager sets the standard for:
Sales activity and conversion
Team accountability
Overall execution within the studio
You will be expected to lead from the front — actively engaging in sales, coaching the team, and ensuring consistent performance.
You’ll be supported with proven systems, training, and a clear sales process to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Own and achieve studio sales targets across memberships, packages, and retail
Personally generate sales through in-studio, phone, and digital outreach
Maintain consistent daily outreach activity (calls, texts, follow-up)
Manage and optimize the full sales funnel from lead to conversion
Track performance metrics and implement improvements
Lead and Develop the Team
Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
Clearly communicate expectations and ensure consistency across shifts
Lead by example in both behavior and results
Build a high-performance, team-oriented culture
Manage Studio Operations
Oversee daily operations and front desk performance
Ensure a clean, organized, and high-quality studio environment
Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational systems
Address issues proactively and maintain consistency in execution
Drive Local Growth
Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
Support marketing initiatives including events, outreach, and promotions
Contribute to lead generation and brand awareness in the community
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of sales experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or membership-based sales preferred)
Proven ability to hit sales targets and drive measurable results
Leadership or management experience
Comfortable with daily outreach activity (calls, texts, follow-up)
Strong communication and leadership skills
High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Organized, proactive, and action-oriented
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Located within commuting distance of West Bloomfield, MI
$55,000 – $65,000 base salary + performance bonuses
