Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour on W2 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Order Management, who will play a pivotal role in the analysis of multi-source data and the development of scalable solutions enhancing accurate revenue booking and reporting. The candidate will provide world-class support by collaborating across the organization and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of sales models and license agreements. This position encourages personal growth and career advancement within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and analyze system migration efforts ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of different sales models and manage licensing agreements.
Review enterprise sales contracts, validate terms, and provide support through email and phone.
Perform monthly reconciliations and monitor compliance with revenue booking requirements.
Manage workload peaks efficiently during critical periods like month-end and quarter-end.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Order Management.
Familiarity with software and services revenue recognition principles.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in financial services or technology sectors, particularly with software sales.
