Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled UI Designer/Developer with a strong background in CSS3, HTML5, and Figma. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces. You will work closely with our development and design teams to bring intuitive user experiences to life.

Can handle complex, data-heavy interfaces (maps, dashboards, feeds)
Strong interaction design:
States (loading, error, empty, live)
Multi-step workflows
Real-time data behavior
Complex System Experience
Has designed
multi-feature or multi-app platforms
(not just simple apps)
Can simplify complex workflows without losing functionality
Thinks in end-to-end user flows, not just screens
Design Systems & Consistency
Can build and enforce a
design system across multiple apps
Experience with component libraries (e.g., Material UI)
Ensures
consistent UX across the entire platform
Execution & Collaboration
Works fast without sacrificing clarity
Produces
developer-ready designs
Communicates clearly with engineers
Comfortable in Agile / fast-moving teams
Senior-Level Thinking
Asks “why” before designing
Pushes back when something doesn’t make sense
Understands tradeoffs (speed vs usability, power vs simplicity)
Can take vague and ambiguous ideas and turn them into structured designs
Demonstrates
problem? solution thinking
Explains decisions clearly
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements
Direct communicator
Takes ownership like a product partner

Advanced / Domain Experience
Experience designing full applications from scratch.
Experience with geospatial tools (e.g., Cesium, Mapbox)
Background in:
Military / defense systems
Real-time or mission-critical platforms
Experience designing:
Messaging systems (chat, threading)
Cross-app workflows (e.g., chat,map, media)
Experience with:
AI/agent interfaces
Data analysis or intelligence tools
