
Campaign Specialist

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE
The Campaign Specialist provides key support to GTCUW’s workplace giving campaigns which is an employer sponsored fundraising program that allows employees to donate through their current company or organization. The Campaign Specialist strengthens workplace giving campaigns by providing expert digital fundraising tool demonstration and operational support through strategic partnerships with internal and external teams. This role includes prospect and presentation development with the goal of corporate partners adopting GTCUW digital tools.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Technical Assistance & Online Giving Support (30%)
Provide technical assistance to temporary staff during campaign season.
Answer online giving support line to respond to donor and client questions.
Generate online giving donor reports.
Partner with Senior Manager, Web & Online Giving Systems to backup additional online giving platforms.
Relationship Building (20%)
Work directly with corporate partners to understand their unique digital fundraising goals and engagement needs and deliver customized fundraising technology solutions that align with their objectives, demonstrate clear value and ROI, and strengthen their trust in United Way’s impact.
Support a unified campaign approach through consistent communication and interdepartmental coordination.
Cross-collaborate with internal and external teams to communicate strategies and results.
Represent the organization as a strong and professional brand ambassador and support GTCUW’s mission, vision, and objectives.
Digital Tool Demonstrations & Strategic Pitching (25%)
Deliver polished, compelling demonstrations of digital fundraising tools tailored to a wide variety of corporate partners in partnership with Sr. Relationship Manager of Annual Campaign.
Collaborate with Institutional Giving to identify prospects for digital solutions that advance workplace campaign results and raise revenue for the organization.
Create sell sheet materials for campaign digital fundraising tools.
Workplace Campaign Support (25%)
Provide offseason campaign support including preparing fundraising tools and materials for upcoming seasons and other duties as assigned.
Assist Sr. Relationship Manager of Annual Campaign with temporary staff onboarding and ongoing support.
Assist Sr. Relationship Manager of Annual Campaign with corporate ambassador training.

REQUIREMENTS
Two-plus years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit, or workplace operations.
Previous experience with online giving platforms and database/CRM experience highly desired.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Consistently meets deadlines and delivers accurate work.
Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, public speaking experience required.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships.
Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
