We are seeking a

hands‑on Marketing Product Manager

with deep expertise in

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization

to support and optimize personalized marketing campaigns.

This role acts as a

subject matter expert and specialist , working closely with marketing teams, engineering, and stakeholders to improve campaign strategy, execution, and performance across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

campaign lifecycle management ,

multi‑channel marketing , and

marketing automation tools , with the ability to both execute and improve marketing processes.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the

end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns , including intake, setup, testing, deployment, and optimization

Act as a

Marketing Cloud Personalization expert , providing guidance on how to improve campaign effectiveness

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable campaign strategies

Improve

campaign processes and workflows

to enhance efficiency and scalability

Support and enhance

multi‑channel marketing efforts

(web, mobile, email, etc.)

Work closely with engineering teams to configure, test, and deploy campaigns

Educate and guide marketing partners on best practices for campaign development

Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for engagement and conversion

Help improve

data structure and campaign targeting strategies

Ensure campaigns are properly validated before production deployment

Drive continuous improvement in

how campaigns are designed, built, and executed

Skills & Experience

Strong hands‑on experience with

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)

Experience with

Salesforce Journey Builder

and campaign journey creation

Proven experience in

campaign management and campaign lifecycle execution

Strong understanding of

multi‑channel marketing strategies

Experience working with marketing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders

Ability to

optimize and improve campaign processes and execution

Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in

campaign administration and personalization strategies

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a

MarTech Product Manager

or similar role

Experience in

lifecycle marketing

and customer engagement strategies

Experience improving

marketing operations and campaign processes

Strong analytical mindset with focus on campaign performance improvement
